Single-Speed Auger Drives

With constantly changing building codes and building practices, there’s no doubt that helical earth anchors will continue to be a fixture of the construction trade. Premier Attachments pride itself in keeping up with the demand for ever larger drive units capable of delivering the higher torque necessary to install these anchors to the engineer’s specifications. We have 18 single-speed models available with torque ranges between 734 ft. lbs. to 35,297 ft. lbs. depending upon the hydraulic system.

Two-Speed Auger Drives

The Premier Two-Speed Auger Drives are built for the contractor that encounters variable conditions requiring the balance between torque and speed to be maximized throughout their project. The auger drives Shift on Demand when high torque/low rpm conditions such as rock are present and returns to low torque/high rpm when digging conditions ease. There is no manual or electrical shifting and no case drain required.

These Two Speed Auger Drives are made for Standard Flow and High Flow machines. There are 4 models for the Standard Flow machines and 3 models for High Flow. Drive units are built with a direct drive planetary design with output shafts of 2”, 2-1/2”, and 3” Hexagon. Torque ranges achievable from 1706 ft. lbs. to 33,439 ft. lbs. depending upon the hydraulic system.

Torq-Hub Monitoring System

Premier Attachments Torq-Hub monitoring system is 99% accurate, reliably and accurately measuring torque forces in either ft/lb or N-m as well as pile/anchor inclination. The Torq-Hub is available in 2”, 2-1/2”, 2-5/8”, and 3” hexagon output shaft as well as 4” Square. This unit is wireless and comes with a 7” window OS LCD touchscreen in an ABS casing.
